Anatomy of Ring Design
A ring has all the necessary elements of a successful recognition award.

- Base Stone
- Stone colors may be changed to reflect various levels of achievement.
- Bezel Inspection
- By changing the text on the bezel, an entire sales organization, from regional sales managers to rookies of the year can be honored with one basic ring. The bezel can also be designed to accommodate diamonds for additional awards in future years.
- Shank
- The shank on either side of the ring can depict company logos, award levels, or club achievement, and can include the individual recipient’s name.
- Ribbon
- The raised metal area within the shank can be engraved with a yeardate, theme or promotion which commemorates the achievement.
- Chevron
- Located on the lower panel, these can be engraved with employee or company traits such as integrity or loyalty.
